On the other hand the responsible authorities to install such new monitoring system ought to install this cameras in a proper location, for instance installing this cameras inside fitting room to prevent stealing the clothes is inappropriate action,however, if the owner of the shop want to protect his goods he might add another security system except any type of system which might breach the individual privacy. In conclusion, even people privacy is dispensable but security of people and their property are more important.
