我刚刚开始学中国汉语。中国汉语是一个很难的语言但是我真喜欢学很多。

我刚刚开始学中国中文。中国中文是一个门很难的语言，但是我真确实非常喜欢学习它(她)很多。
Here Chinese should be translated to ‘中文；中国话；汉语’. It refers to the language of China.
When Chinese is used as a 'noun', it can also be translated to '中国人；华裔；华人'. It means 'a person from China, or whose family was originally from China'.
When ‘Chinese’ is used as a 'adjactive', it means 'from or connected from China(中国)'. For example,‘a Chinese restaurant(一家中国(的)饭店)’, ‘a Chinese company(一家中国(的)公司)’.
'China'(First alphabet is capitaled) means ‘中国(a country in eastern Asia)’, and it is a 'noun'.

国 = country, kingdom 中国 = Middle Kingdom = China. There are many other terms for China but used in different times. For example, 中原 = Middle Plains. In English there is an older term, "Cathay". 中文 = Chinese, as referred to the language
