My day

My day seems so short. During my the day I do various things, but the morning goes so fast.
Later, then of the After lunch the time seems to goes a little more slowly but the night runs flies by (or "passes by" or "zooms by") with no mercy.

Also, saying "I do various things during the day" sounds more natural, although there's nothing wrong with how you wrote it too.
