'After lunch . . ' is correct, you don't use 'the' unless it's a special lunch.

Yesterday I got up at 11 a.m. then I drink drank tea and at 2 o'clock I made lunch. After the lunch I played HearthStone. In the evening I didn't go out because I study studied English, I learnt irregular verbs. I went to bed at 1 a.m.
