Online Class

I should eat healthier...I've been taking an online class on child nutrition and cooking that made me imagine about having kids and feeding them well, even though I'm not gonna have kids anytime soon. Before we have having kids, we should eat heathier first! In the lecture video, the professor told us that we should give a small glass to kids instead of a large one, so that they can still feel like their glass is full of drink **. That's so such a good idea! I like that. I'm so excited to take other lectures!
