The factory is tentatively set to start on 8/2015, including the members: Article 2. During the supporting period, Expert Team actively proposes the fieldwork plan in Vietnam. The tentative activity plan of Expert Team in Vietnam Article 3. Party B will be responsible to pay the costs incurred related to the expert team in Vietnam (living expenses and healthcare service) in the scope of work supports the implementation of the new factory In the case that the members of expert team perform a self-payment for service providers in Vietnam, Party B is obliged to reimburse these costs to Party A based on legal documents. Article 4. This agreement is valid from the date of establishment. Expert Team is automatically dissolved after completion of initial support for Party B and when factory officially go into operation.
