Please help me with my English

I've learned English for years, but until now I can only have a basic conversation and read simple articles. I think English is not hard to learn at first, but years later, I don't know how to improve it. Do any people here have experience or advice? Many thanks.

I agree with Robert, practice makes you perfect. That's why, you should write your notebooks more and more so we can correct you.
