Which one is correct, left or right?
According to grammar books, right ones are correct. But, left ones also seem to be used.
Thanks in advance!

Left (or doing the action) is correct in all cases. You are thanking the person for performing the action. Right (or having done the action) is, firstly, unnecessary, and secondly, puts the focus on the completion of the action. That's not the thing you're grateful for.

I was going to say it's unnecessarily formal in tone to use the perfect participle in all those examples, but Claire made an even better point-- you're thankful for the action itself, not for its completion.

In all cases, both are fine, but A is smoother, B is unnecessarily wordy to the point of being awkward. Ignore those grammar books that say A is wrong - they are teaching you wrong things.

Normally, the first choice is better, for reasons already explained. However, the second choice is grammatical, and in rare situations will be the better choice. Here's an example: "I've been meaning to throw a party for Sally for a long time. Thank you so much for having thrown one for her. Now I no longer need to do it.". That's the better choice because you are grateful that the job is done.

No, you would say "thank you for teaching me. ". However, you would also say "I am grateful for having been taught by you".
