Yoga can give us a full body stretch. Stretching helps us to relieve muscle pain and increase flexibility. Yoga sometimes combined with meditation. You feel relax during your yoga practice. It can promote our both physical and mental health. The first time I met Yoga was when I was in secondary school. It is one of the PE lessons. I quite love it because it can help me to relieve sore muscles. After graduation, I have attended a few yoga classes. But I do not have patience and perseverance. I give up quickly. Yet, I follow some yoga Youtube channels sometimes to do some simple yoga stretch. It helps me to reduce stress and ease the muscle pain.

Firstly well done, great vocabulary use and secondly very interesting and easy to follow. Please keep practising especially your tense and word order arrangement.
