イネプトクラシー（無能政治）（英：Ineptocracy）とは、無能者が支配している政体、中でも特に、社会全体の生産性の増加を指導する能力がほぼ欠如しており、既にある富を収奪してばら撒くことで政権を維持する政府や体制を指す。 Ineptocracy refers to a polity ruled by incompetents, in particular a government or regime that largely lacks the ability to lead an increase in the productivity of society as a whole, and maintains power by expropriating and distributing the wealth that already exists. Ineptocracy - 最も指導力のない人々が、最も生産力のない人々によって選ばれ、また、社会の中で最も自活や成功が期待できない人々が、減少している生産者の没収財産で支払われる財やサービスによって報われる政治体制。 Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers. Ex.1 Fred: "Hey TJ did you know that the U.S. is now run by an Ineptocracy?" TJ: "No I didn't know that because I don't have to work for a living I just get free money to spend from the government. It's not my money so why can't I spend it on anything I want?" Ex.2 Rick: "Do you know what I am sick of Mark?" Mark: "What's that?" Rick: "I'm sick of being taxed so much, it just goes to the people who don't deserve it and who haven't worked for it!" Mark: "That's robbery, except it's legal!" Rick: "I KNOW! If I wanted to help someone I would donate it to charity and not have it legally robbed from me." Mark: "I'm going to get the flag that says don't tread on me and protest!" Rick: "Let's do it!"
