I like both Italian food and Japanese food, especially sushi with beer. I go to conveyor belt sushi restaurants often. My favorite sushi is uni sushi.( sea urchin), once you put it in your mouth, you will taste the flavor of sea. After eating the uni sushi, drink a pint of chilled beer. That’s really enjoyable! At that moment, you will feel that life is wonderful !

Great job. You can say “I like both Italian food and Japanese food” however it is not necessary and you can just say “ I like both Italian and Japanese food”. Again, you can say “after eating the uni sushi...”, however ,because you are giving a command afterwards (“drink a pint of beer”), “after you eat...” sounds better.
