Gia sư cá»ng Äá»ngWhy do we write O but say A?
In Russian, everything depends on stress. The stressed vowel is the strongest and the clearest. đȘđȘđȘ
The farther another vowel is from the stressed one, the weaker and quieter it becomes.đ„
Thatâs why itâs simple:
a weak O is pronounced quickly, and it turns into A.
But a strong, stressed O stays clear. We pronounce it slowly and beautifully.
And one more thing!
