Some alternative expressions could be;
It feels like autumn’s coming.
I think autumn is on its way.
It feels like the start of autumn (or the end of summer!)
I’m in the UK and it was freezing here today! I went for a walk and wore three jumpers and a scarf 笑 Summer is long gone!

Hi Keiko, you can also say, “I felt autumn coming.”
