I love eating noodles for the reason that they are easily cooked. You just need to put noodles in boiled water, and keep boiling in pot. When there are bubbles in water, take out noodles without water. Cutting shallot into pieces, then putting them in oily pot, and frying them to darker color. After that, pour the shallot with hot oil onto noodles. The dish is done. When you eat, you may put in some sauces like spices or sesame mixed with the noodle. Trust me, very tasty.
