I think staff’s motivation is closely connected with their productivity.
So motivating them, a leader of the company should ensure that each staff member often can get reward when they do something good for the company.
The standard of rewarding should be easily achieved and cheap, not difficulty and expensive. Because most people prefer what they easily can achieve to what can’t.
Also how many times they are rewarded is important.
For the much times they are rewarded, the more they feel happy.
