When I was a child, playing soccer/football was to me more like a theater workshop than practicing a sport , since me & my friends from the neighborhood enjoyed emulating real World Cup matches. In spite of playing at a high level of endurance, our focus was on interpreting characters by imitating how players behaved, including the way they ran, spoke and treated the ball. Hence, playing football during my middle years of childhood has been the gateway to developing an interest in studying performing arts in high school, which subsequently took me to consider Performing Arts as a professional career.
