I feel sleepy 💤 now - a- days because I'm doing night shifts so I feel tired alot. This is my first experience of shift work and before i wasn't so busy. I also don't get enough time to spend with my family .

You need to be careful with punctuation and break up your sentences as it's difficult to read a long sentence with no commas
