I studied in the faculty of medicine and graduated from Manchester University.

in............name of subject............graduated in physics.
from........name of university...........graduated from Wyoming University.

It is "to graduate from (a school)".
To "graduate from a faculty" does not make sense to me. What are you trying to say?
