When should we pronounce "ille" as the ille in the word fille, and when should it be pronounced as the ille in the word ville ?

Hi! You must pronounce "ill' as "ij" f. ex. une fille-fij, une famille-famij
There are 3 words: ville, mille, tranquille.Only in these words "ill" is pronounced as "il"
