There are two meanings for "wise". One refers to "wisdom" (eg. streetwise), but the "-wise" you are asking about means "in the manner/direction of" (clockwise) or "in regards to" (weatherwise). Yes, you can tack "-wise" on the end of a word, as in the case of "nudity-wise". "I'm very confident about how my body looks, but nudity-wise I get a little embarrassed." Note some of the words have a hyphen and some do not. If you're creating a new meaning, always use a hyphen so we can recognise both parts.
