question about " have/has been + adjective ".
Jim: I do hate sensitive people.
Ann: Come on...You used to be very sensitive yourself !
quesition: Is it ok to say " You have been very sensitive also. " instead of the sentence " You used to be very sensitive yourself " and almost mean the same?
Another: ( let's say someone is being annoying in the following scene. )
Rose: 1.Sorry, I don't want to talk any more. You are getting so annoying!
2.Sorry, I don't want to talk any more. You are being so annoing!
3.Sorry, sir. I am no longer talking to you. Cause you HAVE been annoying and I hate talking to anyone who happen to be even just a little bit annoying! I am of a perfectionist.
Question: Are these three saying sentences eazy to understand for people? It is by me that they were written, so I am not sure if they make sense or have any expressive, grammatical problems......
Another:
Jack: Everyone around me likes me very much. But you won't believe that I HAVE been very annoying, which is what you have never known...
Question: Is it ok to use Present Perfect here?
Thanks, Happy 2012 everybody !!
