"If you give a man the fish, he will be totally weirded out" what does this mean?
I heard this line from Chinese Comedian Joe Wong's new show, and audience laughed when hearing it. Could someone tell me what's the joke here? Thanks

Joe Wong's joke is based on literally giving someone a fish. The person will wonder why on earth you did so.
