The first two are different. "Butterflies" means to feel nervous, usually because you see someone you're in love with, or because you have a job interview, etc. Your stomach doing a "somersault" could mean the same thing in some contexts, but it could also be used to describe feeling sick, or like you need to vomit. The sentences about the doll are pretty much the same. The second is more common I think.
