"He told me that she lived in (place)." You move it all back to match the reporting verb (which is already in the past tense).

Your question is a little bit confusing. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, or who you are reporting to and about. If you want to ask a person where they live you say "Where do you live?" or "Where are you from?" (Where are you from implies that they probably live somewhere different than you, or wherever you are at) If you are asking someone else about where someone different lives you say "Where does she live?" or "Where is she from?" If you are telling someone where someone else lives/is from you say "She lives in [America]." or "She is from [Korea]" "Where she lived" is past tense. "Let me tell you all the places where she lived" "She has lived in several cities." "Where she lives" is present tense. "I'll show you where she lives." "I'm going to where she lives."
