我不知道其他西方国家怎么样，但在英国，我们好像没有刨冰、八宝冰之类的东西。你可以说shaved ice，但我估计大部分还是不会很理解你在说什么。

Nice , Thank you :) I think Milky Snow ice is a quite nice translation.  But lots Taiwanese dessert menu has bad translation. Like 冬瓜茶 white gourd drink, I saw some beverage stores translate 冬瓜茶 as winter melon tea. (makes me LOL all the time)

Yup, the first one is shaved ice. Not sure about the second one. It might not have an English name.
