(The wound is bleeding from when Sara wounded me.) Injury is the hurt place; injure is to to do or cause harm. (I have an injury, because Sara injured me.) Harm is physical injury or mental damage. (Sara harmed me when she hit me.) They are usually used interchangeable, any will do.
