I have done it before is correct. I had done it before is correct. I Have had done it is not correct.

That has helped me win is correct.

"I have had done it before" is not correct. It actually makes no sense. However, "I have had it done before" is correct, but probably not the meaning you want.

The second example should be "'has helped me win". The verb after "me" doesn't change.
