(If I am not mistaken)1종 보통 gives you a permission to drive up to 9 seated vehicles. 적성검사 is some sort of test you have to take in order to obtain DL including vision, test hearing test and so on.

i also saw 적성 검사 in the driving license,i think it is the date of testing, but the date show: 2016.05.24 (2016 is not still coming), so i think it has a different meaning
