You can say as below.
(We suppose your ages is 20 years)
(number). Korean sentence.(example situation)
1.나보다 나이가 많네. (him age is 21~22?. he have little higher age against you. also you can use former sentence when you and he are friends even he have more higher age.)
2.저보다 나이가 많네요. (If your coworker have higher age against you. Or if have higher age against you.)
3.저보다 나이가 많으시네요. (middle age woman, man, your boss, your coworker)
4.저보다 연세가 많으(높으)시네요. (grandma level)
If the sentence have higher number(1,2,3,4), It means that the sentence use for higher age.
If you say coworker or your boss on job, I recommend that you say number 2~3.
Also when you have equal age with audience or your situation is not corrected on upper example situation. You can say number 4 sentence for polite.
It is about honorific grammar.
If you can't understand the grammar or you think something is wrong. send me massage.
If my answer is wrong, I will research Korean grammar and reteach you.
