That's some Serbic language, right? It would be easier to answer if you gave the expression in English, because a lot more Germans understand English than Serbic languages. :-) With a little help of Google Translate:

Do you have beer (asking in a restaurant) = Haben Sie (auch) Bier? 
(Usually every restaurant will have beer)

Ja sam Srbin = Ich bin ein Serbe (if you are male).

Ne lazi me = Lügen Sie mich nicht an. (polite address)

I'm not sure about the rest.
