il G.I.P. – è già successo che abbia interpretato in questo modo la Nuova Legge - potrebbe annullare non solo l’obbligo di firma, ma l’intero provvedimento (cioè anche la diffida) del Questore secondo la giurisprudenza di legittimità!!!
