2 questions about casual English.. (1) when I was getting on the bus, many people was getting on the bus at the bus stop, one sir(?) looked at the girl who was walking over his side, he tried to get up and make place for her, but she said :" I am on the going 2stops." and just was standing near rear door. I think I heard wrong: this saying is supposed to be" I am only going 2stops." Is it right that I think? If " I am only going 2stops." , why there are no " more" at the ends of the sentence? like this: " I am only going 2stops more." (2) after got off the bus, I was walking on the street. one mother and son was walking besides me. The son's walk pace was a little faster than mother. and then, mother said: " wait up for mummy." I usually just said: Just hold on/ Wait for me./ walking together! If add "up", how it feels like the sentence changed ?? ex: clean up/ up to.../what's up.... etc..
