Enquiry, in Chinese foreign trade custom that people often make an inquiry about the price, so it's also called 询价 (ask about the prize). It means that a party to the transaction makes an inquiry to another about the terms of the deal of buying or selling commodities. My poor translation, cause i'm not that familiar with this word.
