I'm sorry, Jennyfer, but these are all completely wrong. In fact, they are so wrong that it would not help you if we simply corrected them for you.
You really need to go back to your grammar book, sit down, and learn the rules on how to form questions correctly in the past simple.
Then try again. I'm sorry not to be more helpful, but you won't learn how to do this yourself if we just give you the answers, will you? Good luck. Hope to hear from you again soon.

Jennyfer - I think these might be better:
1. The secretary typed the lleters.
What typed the secretary? - Who typed the letters? or What did the secretary type?
2. I went to the theater last week.
Where went you to the theater? Where did you go last week? or Did you go anywhere last week? or Have you been to the theatre recently?
3. I bought a beautiful present for my mother yesterday.
For whom do you bought a beautiful present? or What did you buy yesterday?
4. We had a marvelous dinner last night.
When we had a marvelous dinner? What did you eat last night? Did you eat anything special yesterday?
5. Mary left home at 5:00 a.m. this morning.
What time left Mary home? When did Mary leave today? What time did Mary leave this morning?
6. I slept well last night
How do you slept last night? How did you sleep last night?
I hope this is what you are looking for. Frances

I'll give you a hint. All of your questions need to use the word "did".

1. What did the secretary type?
2. (Not sure which question word you wanted to use):
- Where did you go last week?
- When did you go to the theater?
3. For whom did you buy a beautiful present?
4. When did you have a marvelous dinner?
5. What time did Mary leave her house?
6. How did you sleep last night?
* A big thing with a lot of these sentences is you need to use the past tense of "do" which is "did". When you use "did" in a question sentence, you only conjugate this verb, meaning the other verb is just in it's infinitive dictionary form.
Examples:
O When did you leave?
X When did you left?
O Where did you go?
X Where did you went?
O What did you eat?
X What did you ate?
