En Latinoamérica usamos "Correr" Es más entendible decir : Fuí a correr , Me gusta ir a correr que "Hacer Jogging". Esos otros terminos los entendemos pero no son cotidianos. Espero haber ayudado. :) Saludos!

En España lo mismo. Es más común decir ''Me gusta ir/salir a correr''. Lo de ''jogging'' no se usa mucho. Aunque sí el término inglés ''footing'' o ahora también ''running''. Aunque teniendo una expresión propia siempre creo que es preferible usarla a cualquier anglicismo. ¡Saludos!

Neither spanish nor English would use "hacer/to do" in this case. I've never heard "footing" used this way either. The only place that I've heard that word would be in a sentence like "he's footing the bill".
