"la pollution ne cesse d'augmenter"
Est-ce que cette phrase correcte? Pourquoi il n'y a pas "PAS" après "cesse"?

Dans le langage formel le deuxième adverbe de négation peut disparaitre: cesser - oser - pouvoir - savoir

Il y a plusieurs verbs qu'on peut utiliser sans"pas",comme"savoir" "oser" "vouloir" "pouvoir" et"cesser".
Par exemple:Je le sais pas.
Mais dans le langage formel,on doit utiliser"je ne le sais pas"
