As far as I know it is a pizza which was made in an oven. This oven itself is out of stone. But I am actually not very sure whether nowadays it really means that. I assume it means rather "made like as if it would come out of this oven)

Steinofen means the floor of the oven is stone. Best of those are wood fired. I love those pizza!
