I don't know how much logic is involved, but in English you can, technically, say I bleed I faint I ache but you can't say, I dizzy. You would say, "I feel dizzy". ( However, you can also say "I feel faint".) It would be very odd to just say "I bleed". If you were actually bleeding right at the moment of speaking, you would say "I am bleeding". To use the expression "I bleed" you would normally follow it with a statement like "I bleed when I cut myself", or "I faint at the sight of blood", or "I ache all over after going to the gym". Like I said - there may not be much logic involved here!
