If she currently lives in Poznań, then ask her "Czy ci się podoba mieszkać w Poznaniu? Co ci się w tym mieście podoba?” If she lived there earlier, and you still whant to ask about it, then "Jak ci się podobało mieszkać w Poznaniu?”

As I understand s/he used to live in Poznan. If you want to ask about past you can say: Jak Ci się żyło/mieszkało w Poznaniu ?
