Are there any differences between to deliver, to hand out and to give out?

"To hand out" and "to give out" mean the same thing.
"Are you going to hand out Halloween candy?"
"Are you going to give out Halloween candy?"
"Hand-out" can also be used as a noun, such as in the phrase, "I got these hand-outs at the presentation."
In English, we say "deliver" when talking about things such as mail, messages, etc.
"My parcel was delivered today."
"What time do they deliver the mail?"

deliver- to bring something to a place and give
..Deliver pizza. Deliver news. A hand delivered note.
Hand out- (also pass out) To give to many people one at a time.
A teacher hands out homework sheets. A teacher passes out homework sheets.
The man handed out pamphlets on the street.
Give out- to make known/ to give to many people
The professor gives out her home phone number whenever asked.
We gave out canned goods during the food drive.
(Give out can also mean to stop working.)
Her heart gave out, and she passed away peacefully.
