普通话 "We want to move in immediately" 怎么说?
普通话 "We need a little time to think about it" 怎么说？我用了：“我们需要一点儿时间决定” 对不对？

And to double check some other things I've been saying:
“我们要签四个半月合同” We would like a 4.5 month contract (usually followed by "is this possible“: 可以吗？行不行？）
“我只住在上海四个半月”

All in all, I feel like searching for an apartment has been great Chinese practice! 因为我的英文比公司员好，所以我得用很多的中文。(That is not supposed to be a translation of my English sentence) Not sure how to say "rental agent" so I just wrote "company person".

This sentence is correct too. usually the way to say: 我在上海只住四个半月
