My phone got stolen 5 weeks ago and the thief logged into my facebook account from the app on my phone. He/She charged my phone battery but had never answered my phone calls for two days.

This is all correct except for the last part: "but had never answered my phone calls for two days"  It could be changed to "but has not answered my phone calls in two days"
