Well you are in the right place. You can click on "find a language partner" the second link on the top bar. Then you can chat with someone who is trying to learn Chinese and knows English, like myself. You can chat with or maybe add them as a friend if you like there profile and go from there. Let them know what you are looking for and if they are looking for the same thing....Great!
