"as good as it gets"-you can say it in some ways: Настолько хорошо, как получается, Так хорошо как становится. It depends on the context, may be u can write the whole sentence?

There are 2 ways: что-либо хорошо как есть (literaly: smth is good as it is) speaking about complite thing or action and if you mean that needs to be done: сделаю как получится (literaly: i'll do it as i can, i'll do it as it possible). If i'll remember something more, i'll add.
