i have got a serious problem in English , whenever i speak with any body i always forget to chose the right grammar , also i watch a lot of programs in English with out any translation and i Really understand it very clearly but actually still confused of all these grammar , so what should i do to improve it ?

If watching and understanding were enough, millions of us would be champion footballers.

I think you need to study grammar using an academic book- like studying the rules individually followed by some exercises -, if you already went through that then it would all be fine with more practice. Just don't be afraid to make mistakes, mistakes are how we learn.
