You can use them all interchangeably--speak to/speak with/talk to/talk with--and they're all technically correct. But there are some subtle differences: "Speak with" is formal and respectful. "Talk to" is very casual and the most commonly used phrase. It's friendly and would not seem out of place except in very formal situations.
