I figured out what you meant! Yay! You can't earn ITC's. You have to buy them. To do so, click on the little coins button in the top right of your screen, next to your profile picture. That should take you to it or close enough.

There is only one way I know that you can "earn" ITC and that is by inviting your friends with a special invitation link that is connected with your account and you will get 100 ITC when they buy ITC from the site. otherwise you need to invest in some ITC yourself. Additionally you can earn bonus ITC by completing challenges offered by this site during specific availability periods. That requires that you buy the ITC to participate in the challenge though. Could you be more spesific on what you mean by ITC? The only ITC I know is the Internet, technology, and Computers class that you take I high school. If that is what you're talking about, you can probably find a similar, if not the exact course at a community college.
