Which is the right sentence?
-She never meant for you to get hurt
-She did not want you to get hurt.
If they both are correct, how different is the first one from the second one?
They are both correct
She never meant for you to get hurt
^This sentence implies that she hurt you/them
The second just means what it says. She didn't want you/them to get hurt.

They're both correct, although the second one seems emphatic in that there's no contraction. The first one implies that you did in fact get hurt.
