Děkuji Zuano.  Hledala jsem v knize Czech Step by Step.  Má v tomtu věty jako nemáš ..., ale uplně nevysvětlá.  Chtěla bych lepší knihu, ale nevím kde hledat.

Máš hlad? - Are you hungry?

- both are used to ask, if you are hungry. You could freely use them both.

Nevidíš, že jsem nemám čas? - isn't correct. You should say "Nevidíš, že nemám čas?"
