Have a hot drink when you get up. You could always make your lunch the night before. Otherwise,buy a packet of breakfast bars / fruit & nut mix & take a banana on the way to work each day.Eat as you go.

In Italy we don't have huge breakfasts as British do. Here a cup of hot milk (with coffee if you want) with some bisquits is really enough. When I don't have much time to prepare those, I usually have a fruit youghurt.
I think you should not have breakfast while going or working, because meals must be a healthy moment of relax - there aren't many in modern life, are there? Of course sometimes you can eat while doing something else, if you need; but don't make it a habit - a BAD habit!

make sprouts of Green gram, Red gram and munch it on ur way to office.You need not make ,It can be ready by morning, if spend a litle time day before.
